Periodontist
George graduated from the University of Athens, Greece in 2003 and served in the Hellenic Airforce as a GDP until 2004. He started his MClinDent program in Periodontology at The Royal London Hospital in 2005 and was awarded his degree with distinction in 2007. Following completion of his training he was offered a clinical tutor position at the Royal London Hospital. He is currently taking on Periodontal referrals at Elmfield house.
Mr Anand Patel BDS MFDS (RCS Eng)
General Dentistry
Anand qualified in 2001 with distinction from King’s College London after which he completed his vocational training in Chelmsford, Essex.
In 2003, he went on to undertake the position of Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Basildon Hospital during which time he was awarded membership of Faculty of Dental Surgery by the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Being committed to post graduate training, he is currently completing the Diploma in Restorative Dental Practice at UCL Eastman Dental Institute in London.
His particular interests are restorative and cosmetic dentistry and in addition he is a certified Invisalign dentist. Dr Anand Patel takes on private patients for general dentistry at Elmfield House.
Ms Su Mon Kyaw
General Dentistry
Su qualified from the Dental School at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals in 2000 with distinctions in the 4th year clinical test and 4th year prosthetic project. She received funding from the Dickinson Trust Award for her elective period which she spent at the Dental School at Universtity College Los Angeles in 2000.
After qualifying, Su spent one year doing vocational training in Bournemouth before returning to London in 2001. She has been working in Teddington since then and has thoroughly enjoyed being part of the community and caring for her patients.
Su keeps up to date with the latest in dentistry by regularly attending training courses lectures and study groups and is partway through becoming a Member of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (MFGDP).
She is certified in fitting mandibular advancement appliances for people suffering with sleep apnoea and snoring and clench inhibitors for problems associated with grinding and clenching. Su is also certified to provide facial rejuvenation procedures such as botox and restylane fillers.
Su has a reputation for being good with dentally phobic patients and her aim is for her patients to be dentally stable with emphasis on prevention and minimally invasive dentistry. She enjoys providing cosmetic work and believes in long term care and high quality dentistry so that people can be pain free and enjoy their teeth and smile.
Mr Tony Hagemichael
General Dentistry
Tony is a dentist with over 20 years experience in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Tony qualified from Kings Dental institute and has maintained an interest in conservative cosmetic dentistry with regular courses. Tony works closely with Harpal Chana on implant cases and spends his time between Canterbury and London to care for his patients.
