Elmfield House Practice operates a 24 hours cancellation policy, we kindly ask our patients to give us 24 hours notice before they cancel an appointment so we can offer the appointment to another patient. Failure to give notice will result in patient being charged full appointment fee. Patients maybe asked to give a deposit towards long treatment plan.
