Patient presented with missing lateral incisors with canines in their place. Crowns were placed 10 years ago but the patient was never satisfied with the outcome and never felt her smile was good. All ceramic crowns and veneers were placed after a full diagnostic workup to simulate replacement with lateral incisors. The patient was delighted with the post operative result.
