Mr Harpal Chana BDS MSc FDS (Rest Dent) RCS
Consultant in Restorative Dentistry and Dental Implantology, Specialist in Restorative Dentistry, Endodontics, Periodontics and Prosthodontics.
Harpal qualified from Bristol University in 1988 with prizes in both Conservative and Restorative Dentistry. Harpal trained at the Eastman Dental Institute and completed his specialist training at GKT and at St Georges in Tooting. He also gained his Californian state board exams during this time. Harpal is a part time Consultant in Restorative Dentistry based at Kingston hospital and St Georges in Tooting.

Harpal is also an international trainer and mentor for All-on-4 implant and Zygomatic implant surgery and works with NobelBiocare UK Ltd to promote this innovative approach for the immediate rehabilitation of patients and to avoid the need for advanced bone reconstruction.
Harpal has been involved in implant surgery for over 20 years and also trained under world renowned, PI Branemark who invented the zygomatic implant concept in the early 1990's.

MR. GRAHAM I. SMITH FDS RCS (Eng), FRCS (Eng), FRCS (OMFS)
Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial
Surgeon Graham Smith is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon specialising in dentoalveolar surgery, implantology, salivary gland disease, surgical dermatology and head and neck oncology.
Graham’s NHS practice is at St George’s Hospital, London and Kingston Hospital NHS Trust.
Referral taken for Oral surgery, Wisdom Teeth, Maxillofacial and Dental Implant referrals welcome. A mentoring service is also provided in house for referring practitioners for joint care
His private practice is at the New Victoria Hospital, Kingston upon Thames, The Parkside Hospital, Wimbledon, St.Anthony’s Hospital, Cheam and Coombe Wing of Kingston Hospital. He is a trainer for Specialist Registrars, junior doctors and dentists, and medical and dental undergraduates in OMFS. He regularly attends and presents at national and international meetings and has taught surgery in Ethiopia, Iraq and Bangladesh.
Graham studied dentistry at Guy’s Hospital, London qualifying in 1991, followed by medicine in Bristol, qualifying in 1996. The final part of the Fellowship in Dental Surgery, Royal College of Surgeons of England was attained with the Gold Medal in 1996.
He trained in general surgery and orthopaedics gaining the FRCS (Eng) in 1999. Higher surgical training in oral and maxillofacial surgery was on the South Coast Rotation, achieving FRCS OMFS in 2002.
Mr Smith was privileged to be Head and Neck Fellow to Professor Christopher O’Brien, at the Sydney Head and Neck Cancer Institute in Australia in 2003. This provided excellent experience in the management of patients with head and neck malignancies, ablation and reconstructive techniques, and research.
Certificate of Completion of Specialty Training was attained in 2004 and Mr Smith was appointed Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of the following societies :-

- Member of the British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons
- Member of the British Association of Head and Neck Surgeons.
Mr George Xirogiannis D.D.S. (Ath), MClinDent (in Perio) (Lon)
George qualified from the ‘Dental School, University of Athens’ in 2003. He continued his Postgraduate studies in the field of Periodontology at ‘Queen Mary, University of London’. He was awarded a ‘Masters Degree in Periodontology’ with Distinction in 2007 from the aforementioned institute. He also pursued a one year course in ‘Oral Implantology’ as part of his Masters degree. George is also certified in using soft tissue Lasers in his daily clinical practice.
Following completion of this training, he was offered a part-time ‘Clinical Tutor’ position at the ‘Queen Mary, University of London’ which he held for 2 years.
George has been working as a Periodontist since 2008 in the private sector and he is experienced in a variety of surgical cosmetic procedures including dental implants. He keeps up-to-date with the latest advances in the field of Dentistry by undertaking courses regularly.
George is a member of the British Society of Periodontology and his GDC number is 84699.
Ms Su Redapple BDS Lond 2000 MFGDP (part1) PG Cert Implants
Su qualified from the Dental School at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals in 2000 with distinctions in the 4th year clinical test and 4th year prosthetic project. She received funding from the Dickinson Trust Award for her elective period which she spent at the Dental School at University College Los Angeles in 2000.
After qualifying, Su spent one year doing vocational training in Bournemouth before returning to London in 2001. She has been working in Teddington since then and has thoroughly enjoyed being part of the community and caring for her patients.
Su keeps up to date with the latest in dentistry by regularly attending training courses lectures and study groups and is partway through becoming a Member of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (MFGDP).
She is certified in fitting mandibular advancement appliances for people suffering with sleep apnoea and snoring and clench inhibitors for problems associated with grinding and clenching. Su is also certified to provide facial rejuvenation procedures such as botox and restylane fillers.
Su also provides orthodontic treatments including, Fastbraces®, clear aligners and Inman aligners.
Su has a reputation for being good with dentally phobic patients and her aim is for her patients to be dentally stable with emphasis on prevention and minimally invasive dentistry. She enjoys providing cosmetic work and believes in long term care and high quality dentistry so that people can be pain free and enjoy their teeth and smile.

Anna Sturges BChD
Anna qualified from Leeds University in 1999 and was one of only a few students to be awarded with Honours. She was also awarded the Prize for Restorative dentistry in her final year, as well as achieving several distinctions.
Anna has worked in private dental practice since 2000 and has gained extensive experience in all areas of dentistry. Along with general dentistry, Anna‘s particular areas of interest are restorative and aesthetic dentistry. She has a very caring and gentle approach, with a strong belief in minimally invasive and preventative treatments. She is a provider of short term/cosmetic orthodontic systems such as Invisalign, Six Month Smiles and Inman Aligner, and is very experienced in tooth whitening.
Anna is committed to providing high-quality dental care in a relaxed, friendly environment. She believes in long-term patient care and considers it important to discuss all treatment options with her patients so that they are in a position to make informed choices. Anna is passionate about clinical development and keeps up to date with the latest evidence-based dentistry by frequently attending professional development courses to ensure she provides the best dental care to each patient.

Minesh Patel BDS Ncle 1997
Minesh qualified from University of Newcastle in 1997, and has worked in general practice in London,Essex, and Surrey. He has worked along side Mr Chana for over 10 years before joining Elmfield House Dental Practice.
Since 2000 he has held Part-Time positions in Dental Units in Hospitals locally working along side Consultant’s in Orthodontics, Oral Surgery and Restorative Dentistry. At St. George’s Hospital he was able to partake in studies of Tooth Wear and Cracked Teeth that have been Published.
As well as General Preventative Care, Minesh has an interest in Endodontics and Minimal Invasive Dentistry where his skills help to provide comprehensive care and manage difficult cases.
He is a certified Inman Aligner, C-Fast (short term orthodontics) dentist and also provides Anti-Snoring Devices.
He regularly provides Cosmetic treatments in the form of Tooth-Whitening and Bonding.
He has a commitment to Dental Education and keeps up-to date, attended courses, in the UK and Europe.
Minesh is Vice Chairman of Local Dental Committee. He also is part of a study club and has lectured to small groups of dentist in both hospital and general practice.
Minesh enjoys Cycling and Photography. Minesh grew up and schooled locally and lives in Surrey with his wife and son.
His motto has been “ Making you smile and keeping you smiling”.

Harjot Singh Bansal BDS, MJDF RCS BSc PG Cert Dental Education
Harjot qualified from Peninsula Dental School in 2014. After working in Wiltshire and Berkshire, Harjot joined Elmfield House in 2017 and works part time on Saturdays. He has quickly become known among patients as a friendly, calm and compassionate dentist. Harjot has trained under some of the most renowned dentist in the UK and completed highly regarded courses in Harley Street. He currently spends 3 days a week working at the Eastman Dental Hospital in central London where he is completing his specialist training in the Prosthodontics and complex full mouth reconstructions. Harjot provides Invisalign clear aligners to straighten teeth without the need for traditional braces to improve the appearance of his patient's teeth and enjoys treating tooth wear cases with modern minimally invasive techniques to rehabilitate patients' smiles and improve their function.
Recently Harjot started lecturing and teaches newly qualified dentists for the South West Deanery Salisbury and Bath Schemes which he enjoys doing very much.
He has been the national dental lead for the British Sikh Doctors Organisation providing free health and dental advice to the general public. He has also published a research paper in the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial implants.
Away from work he enjoys spending time with his wife who is an optometrist going for long walks and travelling abroad. Harjot is a fanatic Liverpool fan, keen traveller and skier.

Paramjit Singh Panesar BDS Dip.Imp.Dent. (UCL)
Paramjit graduated from Kings College London in 1996.
He has been a practice principal for nearly 20 years. Additionally, since 2004, he has been also part of the Restorative Dentistry team which is led by Mr Chana at Kingston Hospital.
He holds a postgraduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry for which he was awarded a distinction from the Eastman.
In 2006, Paramjit was appointed by the London Postgraduate Deanery as a VT Trainer and has completed a postgraduate course in teaching.
Paramjit is a relaxed and laid-back individual that always aims to make patients feel at ease about achieving the smile that they desire. He believes that it is paramount to discuss all treatment options with his patients so that they are in a position to make the right choice.
His main interests lie in restorative dentistry, particularly in the fields of endodontics, minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry and dental implants. Paramjit is also a provider or short-term orthodontics.
Outside of dentistry Paramjit enjoys the odd hike, photography, and is a bit of a foodie.

Manish graduated from King’s College Dental Institute in 1999. He then furthered his training as a house officer in oral and maxillofacial surgery and restorative dentistry. He has previously worked in general practice and gained his Membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgery in 2002. Following this, he commenced a four-year Specialist in
Prosthodontics programme at the Eastman Dental Institute (UCL).
In 2008 he received a Masters Degree in Clinical Dentistry in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics with Distinction and the UCL Dental School Commemorative Prize in Prosthodontics for clinical and academic excellence. He completed the Membership in Restorative Dentistry examination by the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2009 and was entered into the Prosthodontic Specialist List.
Manish has continued to work at the Eastman Dental Institute as a part-time Senior Clinical Teaching Fellow involved in teaching post-graduate dentists on the various restorative dentistry training programmes.
His special interests include minimal intervention dentistry, management of tooth wear, crown and bridgework, dentures, implants and aesthetic dentistry.

Mr Andrew Stewart FDS FRCS
Consulant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Andrew Stewart is a Consultant in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Kingston and Epsom & St Helier Hospitals. He developed a keen interest in the surgical treatment of facial deformity whilst training at The Hospital for Sick Children, Great Ormond Street, University College Hospital, London and The Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead. As a senior registrar, he was a visiting Fellow in cleft lip and palate surgery at The School of Stomatology in Beijing.
His consultant practice is broadly based and includes adult and paediatric oral and maxillofacial surgery. This ranges from oral and dentoalveolar surgery to implantology, corrective jaw surgery and the surgical treatment of facial skin cancer.
Marcia Hazell RDH
An experienced and successful Hygienist with 30 years of general and hospital practice. She has devoted her time and attention through continuous professional education throughout her career to maintain a high level of knowledge and skill.
Marcia qualified at the Royal Dental Hospital, London and since then has gained considerable experience working closely for many years, with Periodontists and Implant Specialists, particularly with the All-On-4 System.
As well as concentration on her professional and technical skills Marcia is motivated by helping nervous patients feel comfortable, confident and relaxed as they receive their dental treatment. She has twice been the winner of the Hygienist of the Year award.
Her excellent social skills, combined with a thorough approach to work, have contributed to a very satisfied and loyal patient following.

Hannah Young RDH RDT (Lon)
Hannah is a confident dental hygienist, therapist and Colgate ambassador with a passion for patient care. She qualified from King’s College Hospital in 2012 and has gained experience in a number of practices in the London area.
Hannah’s professional skills include extensive periodontal and implant experience with expertise in All on 4 System care, advanced level whitening, and treating dental phobic patients.
Outside of the surgery, Hannah is an enthusiastic health and wellbeing advocate, keen runner and photography pro with and interest in travel, coffee and fitness which she shares in her lifestyle video channel on YouTube @HYONTHERUN.
