Zygomatic Dental Implants
Zygomatic dental implants are used in patients with extreme jaw resorption and may have either been informed they need advanced bone grafting or they don't have enough bone for dental implant placement. Elmfield House Dental Practice is one of few centres in the UK using this approach with our Consultants for the immediate rehabilitation of patients.

Root Canal treatment
If the pulp of a tooth has become diseased or injured, endodontic treatment is required to save the tooth. Root Canal treatment (Endodontic treatment) is a sequence of treatments for the pulp of a tooth whose end result is the elimination of infection and protection of the decontaminated tooth from future microbial invasion. Digital x-rays help reduce the dosage of x-rays exposed to the patient.

Inlays and onlays
Inlays and onlays are used when a cavity is large but the surrounding tooth is healthy. Instead of reducing the healthy tooth to fit a crown, inlays are made from porcelain, gold or resin. An inlay sits in a hole in the tooth and an onlay sits on the tooth to build up its shape.
